We hope you love your Nimbus Baby purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, including if you ordered the wrong size or colour. Instead, we offer credit notes or exchanges, provided the item meets the conditions outlined below.
This policy is in line with our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law, which does not require refunds for change of mind.
Faulty Items
We are committed to providing high-quality products. If you receive an item that is faulty or defective, we will gladly issue a full refund, exchange, or credit note.

We will assess your claim and process your refund in accordance with the ACL.
Conditions for Refund Approval
Refunds will only be granted if:

The item is faulty, defective, or damaged

It has not been worn, washed, or altered

It is returned in its original condition with all tags attached
Items that do not meet these criteria will be returned to you at your expense. Please include images and precise descriptions prior to returning, to ensure you meet the requirements.
Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds for:

Sale, final sale, or sample items

Items with minor or disclosed faults

Customised or personalised products

Items returned after 14 days of delivery

Items returned without prior approval
Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is confirmed as faulty or damaged.
