We hope your little one is loving their Nimbus Baby piece as much as we loved making it.
If you change your mind, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order for a credit note.
Please note we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases unless the product is deemed faulty in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Items with disclosed or minor faults

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
You can also request a return through your customer account if eligible.
REFUNDS (FAULTY ITEMS ONLY)
Full refunds are only issued for items that are deemed faulty.

We will assess your claim in line with Australian Consumer Law and assist you further.
Nimbus Baby reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions. In such cases, items will be returned to the customer, and shipping fees may apply.
CREDIT NOTES
Returns made within 14 days that meet our policy conditions are eligible for a credit note, valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Customised items are not eligible for credit notes.
Credit notes can be used on any future purchase at nimbusbaby.com.au.
EXCHANGES
If you need to exchange an item, we’re happy to help!
Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order and will be accepted only if the item is:

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at contact@nimbusbaby.com.au with your Order Number.
Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Email contact@nimbusbaby.com.au with your Order Number, full name, and reason for return. Please also include images if possible.

Give us 2-5 days to assess and respond. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Package your item securely and send it back using a trackable method.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your credit note or contact you if further details are needed.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 5–7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
Items that do not meet our return conditions will be sent back to you at your expense.
PRIVACY & DATA HANDLING
All personal information and photos provided to us during the return or exchange process are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will never be shared or used for any purpose other than to assist you with your order.
